Cancellation & rescheduling policy

Private class cancellations

Cancel at least 48 hours before class. Cancellations within 48 hours incur a $200 fee. Rush bookings have no surcharge; bookings made within 48 hours of class are already inside the late-cancellation window.

Rescheduling and refund details are still pending. No cancellation fees are collected automatically while payments remain closed.

This policy has not been finalized. No paid class bookings are being accepted until the relevant terms are confirmed.
